Poyrazlar ve Taşkısı (Adapazarı) Gölleri`nde bazı fiziksel ve kimyasal parametrelerinin mevsimsel değişimlerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu araştırma 28 Eylül 1998 - 29 Ağustos 1999 tarihleri arasında Marmara Bölgesi' nin doğusunda yer alan Sakarya ili sınırlan içersindeki Taşkısı Gölü ve Poyrazlar Gölü' nde yürütülmüştür. Söz konusu göllerde fiziksel parametrelerden sıcaklık ve bulanıklık; kimyasal parametrelerden çözünmüş oksijen, pH, kalsiyum, magnezyum, toplam sertlik, karbonat, bikarbonat, klorür ve nitrit, nitrat, ortofosfat gibi bazı besin tuzu parametreleri ve klorofil a miktarları incelenmiştir. Poyrazlar Gölü' nde ortalama sıcaklık 17 °C, bulanıklık 75.58 abs, çözünmüş oksijen 11.5 mg/L, pH 7.79, kalsiyum 21.89 mg/L, magnezyum 6.42 mg/L, toplam sertlik 8.51 °F, karbonat 0.025 mg/L, bikarbonat 12.07 mg/L, klorür 1.60 mg/L, nitrit 0.042 mg/L, nitrat 0.522 mg/L ve ortofosfat 0.017 mg/L ve klorofil a 7,15 mg/M3 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Taşkısı Gölü' nde ise ortalama sıcaklık 18.5 °C, bulanıklık 92.64 abs, çözünmüş oksijen 10.14 mg/L, pH 7.94, kalsiyum 31.37 mg/L, magnezyum 31.59 mg/L, toplam sertlik 21.56 °F, karbonat 0.275 mg/L, bikarbonat 26.32 mg/L, klorür 2.61 mg/L, nitrit 0,237 mg/L, nitrat 0.527 mg/L ve ortofosfat 0,023 mg/L ve klorofil a 40,24 mg/M3 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu araştırma sonucu Poyrazlar ve Taşkısı Gölleri' nin besin tuzlan açısından fakir olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Her iki göl arasında incelenen parametrelerden karbonat, bikarbonat, klorür, nitrit, kalsiyum, magnezyum ve toplam sertlik parametreleri farklılık göstermiş olup, Taşkısı Gölü' nde yüksek olan toplam sertlik değerlerinin büyük bir kısmının kalsiyum ve magnezyum iyonlanndan ileri geldiği anlaşılmıştır. SUMMARY AN INVESTIGATION ON THE SEASONAL CHANGES OF SOME PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PARAMETERS IN LAKES TAŞKISI AND POYRAZLAR (ADAPAZARI) This study was conducted in Lake Taşkısı and Lake Poyrazlar (Adapazarı) located in the Eastern side of Marmara Region, from 28 September 1998 to 29 August 1999. In these lakes, some physical parameters as temperature and turbidity and some chemical parameters as dissolved oxygen, calcium, magnesium, total hardness, carbonate, bicarbonate, chloride and as nutrients nitrite, nitrate, orthophosphate and chlorophyll a content were investigated. The average values in The Lake Poyrazlar were measured as; temperature 17 °C, turbidity 75.58 abs, dissolved oxygen 11.5 mg/L, pH 7.79, calcium rate 21.89 mg/L, magnesium 6.42 mg/L, total hardness 8.51 °F, carbonate rate 0.025 mg/L, bicarbonate 12.07 mg/L, chloride 1.60 mg/L, nitrite 0.042 mg/L, nitrate 0.522 mg/L, orthophosphate 0.017 mg/L and cholorophyll a 7,15 mg/M3. The average values in The Lake Taşkısı were measured as; temperature 18.5 °C, turbidity 92.64 abs, dissolved oxygen 10.14 mg/L, pH 7.94, calcium rate 31.37 mg/L, magnesium 31.59 mg/L, total hardness 21.56 °F, carbonate rate 0.275 mg/L, bicarbonate 26.32 mg/L, chloride 2.61 mg/L, nitrite 0,237 mg/L, nitrate 0.527 mg/L ve orthophosphate 0,023 mg/L and cholorophyll a 40,24 mg/M3. Both lakes were found to be poor in nutrients. The parameters investigated as carbonate, bikarbonate, kloriir, nitrite, calcium, magnesium and total hardness showed different values in two lakes, as the higher value of total hardness in Lake Taşkısı is determined to be coming from the relatively higher amounts of calcium and magnesium ions present in it.
