dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın ilk aşamasında, başlangıç maddesi olan p-bromanil (1) bileşiğinin çeşitli alifatik ve aromatik tiyol bileşikleri ile bazik ortamda gerçekleşen reaksiyonları incelendi.p-Bromanil (1)'in siklohekzantiyol ile reaksiyonu sonucu; yeni 2-bromo-3,5,6-trisiklohekziltiyo-1,4-benzokinon (3), bilinen 2,3:5,6-tetrasiklohekziltiyo-1,4-benzokinon(4) sentezlendi.Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında başlangıç maddesi olarak kullanılan p-Fluoranil (2) bileşiğinin çeşitli aromatik ve alifatik tiyol bileşikleri ile bazik ortamda gerçekleşen reaksiyonları incelendi.p-Fluoranil (2)'in siklohekzantiyol ile reaksiyonu sonucu: yeni 2-fluoro-3,5,6-trisiklohekziltiyo-1,4-benzokinon (5), p-metiltiyofenol ile reaksiyonu sonucu; yeni 2-fluoro-3,5-dietoksi-6-(p-metilfeniltiyo)-1,4-benzokinon (6), yeni 2-fluoro-3-etoksi-5,6-di(p-metilfeniltiyo)-1,4-benzokinon (7), yeni 2-etoksi-3,5,6-tri(p-metilfeniltiyo)-1,4-benzokinon (8), 2-merkapto-1-metilimidazol ile reaksiyonu sonucu 2,3,5-trietoksi-6-(2-merkapto-1-metilimidazol)-1,4-benzokinon (9), propan tiyolle reaksiyonu sonucu 2,6-difluoro-3,5-bis(propiltiyo)-1,4-benzokinon (10) bunun izomeri olduğunu düşündüğümüz 2,5-difluoro-3,6-bis(propiltiyo)-1,4-benzokinon (11), ve dodekan tiyolle reaksiyonu sonucu yeni 2,5-bis(dodesiltiyo)-3,6-difluoro-1,4-benzokinon (12) bileşikleri sentezlendi.Elde edilen bileşikler kromatografik yöntemlerle saflaştırıldı. Yapıları elementel analiz ve spektroskopik yöntemlerle (IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS) aydınlatıldı. | |
dc.description.abstract | In the first step of this study, reactions of various aliphatic and aromatic thiol compounds with p-bromanil (1) as a starting compound in basic medium, were investigated.P-Bromanil (1) was reacted with cyclohexanthiol, and new 2-bromo-3,5,6-tricyclohexylthio-1,4-benzoquinone (3), known 2,3:5,6-tetracyclohexylthio-1,4-benzoquinone (4) compounds were synthesized.In the second step of this study, reactions of various aromatic and alyphatic thiol compounds with p-fluoranil (2) as a starting compound in basic medium, were investigatedp-Fluoranil (2) was reacted with cyclohexanthiol, p-methylthiophenole, 2-mercapto-1-methylimidazole, propanethiol, dodecanethiol and new 2-fluoro-3,5,6-tricyclohexylthio-1,4-benzoquinone (5), new 2-fluoro-3,5-diethoxy-6-(p-methylphenylthio)-1,4- benzoquinone (6), new 2-fluoro-3-ethoxy-5,6-(p-methylphenylthio)-1,4- benzoquinone (7), new 2-etoxy-3,5,6-tri(p-methylphenylthio)-1,4- benzoquinone (8), new 2,3,5-triethoxy-6-(2-mercapto-1-methylimidazole)-1,4- benzoquinone (9), 2,6-difluoro-3,5-bis(propylthio)-1,4-benzoquinone (10) isomer of this compound which we think 2,5-difluoro-3,6-bis(propylthio)-1,4-benzoquinone (11) and 2,5-bis(dodesilthio)-3,6-difluoro-1,4-benzoquinone (12) compounds were synthesized.The products were purified by chromatographic methods. The structures of compounds were determined by micro analysis and spectroscopic methods (IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS). | en_US |
