Tesis yerleşimi düzenlenmesi problemi için bir tabu arama sezgisel algoritması

Abstract

Üretim araçlarının, yardımcı tesislerin veya iş istasyonlarının ve taşıma, depolama, kalite kontrolü gibi üretimle ilgili faaliyetlerin fiziksel konumları açısından bir bütün olarak koordinasyonuna tesis yerleşimi düzenlenmesi denir.Tesis yerleşimi düzenlenmesi problemi tümleşik yapısı nedeniyle sadece küçük çaplı problemlerde mevcut teknikler kullanılarak kabul edilebilir bir sürede çözülebilir. Bunun sonucu olarak, tasarlanan problem için çeşitli sezgisel yöntemler geliştirilmiştir.Bu çalışmada, optimum çözümü elde etmek için çözüm uzayını hareket mekanizmasıyla araştıran ve sahip olduğu yapay hafıza özelliği ile önceki tasarımları üretmeyerek yerel optimumlardan kurtulan, yani; son çözüme götüren adımın döngüsel hareketler yaratmasını engellemek için sonraki adımlarda tekrarını yasaklayan veya cezalandıran gelişmiş bir meta-sezgisel yöntem olan tabu arama metodu kullanılarak, tesis yerleşimi düzenlenmesi probleminin çözümüne yönelik etkin bir yöntem tasarlanmış ve yöntem literatürdeki bazı test problemlerine uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar literatürde yer alan problemlerin çözümü ile bulunan en iyi sonuçlarla karşılaştırılmıştır.

Layout arrangement within facility is described as the whole coordination of applicaions related to production such as the transportation, storage, and quality control of the production tools, sub-facilities or work stations in terms of their physical conditions.The problem of facility layout, due to its integrated structure, can only be solved by using available techniques in an acceptable period on small-scale problems. As a result heuristic methods have been developed for the designed problems.In this study, in order to get optimum solutions of the literature benchmark problems, it is aimed to design an effective method for the facility layout problem, tabu search method which is a meta-heuristic method, searching solution space with movement mechanism and due to its existing artificial memory feature, getting rid of the local optimums without producing the previous designs, that is, forbiding or punishing the repetition in next steps in order to prevent the last step into the result from making cyclic movements. The obtained solutions are compared with the best known solutions.
