Türkiye`nin bazı monotipik endemik bitkileri üzerinde morfolojik ve sistematik araştırmalar

Abstract

Türkiye ılıman kuşakta yer alan dünya ülkeleri arasında floristik yapısı bakımından en zengin ve ilginç ülkelerden biridir. Endemik bitki taksonu sayısı 3500'ten fazladır. Bu endemik tür sayısı zenginliğinin yanı sıra endemik cinsler açısından da en zengin ülkeler arasında yer almaktadır. Toplamda 9 familyaya ait 15 endemik cins bulunmaktadır. Türkiye'deki bu endemik cinslerin tamamı monotipiktir.Bu doktora çalışmasında Türkiye florasından altı monotipik endemik cinsin sistematik, morfolojik ve mikromorfolojik (SEM) özellikleri araştırılmıştır.Çalışma sırasında 2009-2012 yılları arasında Batı ve Güney Anadolu, Doğu Anadolu, Orta Anadolu bölgelerine yapılan araştırma gezilerinde altı monotipik endemik cins toplanmıştır. Bu taksonların vejetatif ve generatif organ özellikleri stereomikroskop ve Tarama Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelenmiştir.Çalışmanın sistematik bölümünde; Türkiye'deki monotipik endemik cinslerin sayıları, bugüne kadar yapılmış çalışmaları, güncel taksonomik ve nomenklatürel değişiklikler, ile kırmızı liste koruma kriterleri sunulmuştur.Çalışmanın morfoloji bölümünde; monotipik endemik cinslerin genel görünüşü, vejetatif ve generatif organlarının detaylı tanımlamaları sayısal ölçüm değerleri ile birlikte fotoğraflar eşliğinde verilmiştir.Çalışmanın mikromorfoloji kısmında; yaprak, meyve ve tohum yüzeyleri Tarama Elektron Mikroskobu (SEM) ile ilk kez bu çalışmada incelenmiş ve mikrofotoğrafları verilmiştir.Tez çalışması sonucunda, Türkiye'deki 6 monotipik endemik cinsin yayılış bilgileri güncellenmiştir. Güncel taksonomik statüleri saptanmıştır. Morfolojik özellikleri verilmiştir. Yaprak, meyve ve tohum mikromorfolojisi SEM ile ortaya konulmuştur.

Turkey, among the countries of the temperate zone of the world, is one of the richest countries in terms of floristic structure and interesting. The number of endemic plant taxa are 3500. The number of endemic species richness as well as among the richest countries in terms of endemic genera. A total of 15 endemic genera are belonging to 9 families. All of these endemic genera in Turkey are monotypic.The systematical, morphological and micromorphological (SEM) characteristic of six monotypic endemic taxa from the flora of Turkey were studied in this doctorate thesis.During the study in the West and the South Anatolia, Eastern Anatolia, Central Anatolia regions six monotypic endemic plant genera were collected between the years 2009-2012. Characteristics of vegetative and generative organs of the taxa examined with stereomicroscope and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).The numbers of the monotypic endemic genera, the taxonomical and nomenclatural changes and new localities also the red list criteria related with the examined taxa have been presented in the systematical part of the study.The habitus of the monotypic endemic genera, photographs of the vegetative and reproductive organs accompanied by detailed descriptions were given in conjunction with the numerical measurements values in the morphological section of the study.The surfaces of the leaves, fruits and seeds were examined with Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) also microphotographs were presented for the first time in the part of the micromorphological studies.As a result of this thesis, distributional data of six monotypic endemic genus in Turkey, has been updated. Current taxonomic status of the taxa was determined. Morphological characteristics of the taxa are given. The leave, fruit and seed micromorphology of the taxa were analyzed with SEM.
