dc.description.abstractÇalışmada krediye bağlı hayat sigortası sözleşmelerine ilişkin temel esaslar, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu ile Bireysel Krediler ile Bağlantılı Sigortalar Uygulama Esasları Yönetmeliği düzenlemeleri ve Hayat Sigortası Genel Şartları çerçevesinde incelenmiştir. 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun'da, sigorta sözleşmelerinin `tüketici işlemi` olarak zikredilmesi karşısında, çalışmanın hazırlanmasında TKHK'da yer alan hükümler de gözetilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, general principles of credit life insurance is examined under the provisions of Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 and General Terms and Conditions of Life Insurance. On the other hand, since Customer Protection Code numbered 6502 has identified `insurance contracts` as a `customer transaction`, provisions of Customer Protection Code has been evaluated in the dissertation.en_US
