Türk inşaat sektöründe grup davranışı ve grup yönetimi

Abstract

Genel olarak grup, bir amaç için bir araya gelen kişilerin belirli roller üstlenmesi ile oluşan topluluktur. Gruplar, çoğu kez grup bireylerinin kişisel düşünce ve davranışlarını etkileyerek veya tamamen dönüştürerek kendi norm ve kültürlerini oluşturmaktadırlar. Bu nedenlerle, yönetim bilimi, bireyler kadar, grup psikolojisi ve davranışlarıyla da ilgilenir. İnşaat işleri disiplinler arası işbirliği ve çok sayıda grubun katılımı ile gerçekleştirilen emek yoğun bir üretim şeklidir. Yapı üretiminin beklenen kalite, maliyet ve sürede sonuçlanmasında, üretime katılan grupların anlayış ve davranışları önem arz etmektedir.Bu çalışmada, yapı üretiminde etkinliği fazla olan tasarım, denetim ve taşeron gruplarının grup davranışlarının belirlenmesi, birbiri ile ilişkisi ve etkileşimlerinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çerçevede ifade edilen gruplar hakkında anket yoluyla veri toplanmıştır. Veriler analiz edilerek, söz konusu grupların ortak davranışları ve bu davranışların yapı üretim sürecine yansımalarıyla ilgili önemli sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.

Generally a group is a community formed by people who get together for a purpose and take the responsibility of some certain roles. The groups mostly create their own norms and cultures by way of effecting or completely changing personal thoughts and behaviors of the group individuals. Therefore management science is concerned with group psychology and behavior as well as individuals?. Construction is a production type that is realized by interdisciplinary cooperation and participation of many groups with intense effort. While achieving the expected quality and cost of construction of the production within certain time period, the understanding and behavior of the participating groups are very important. The aim of this study is to research the group behaviors and the relationship among design, building audit and sub-contractor groups and their interaction which have a great deal of effect on construction production. Under this scope, a questionnaire survey conducted to collect data related with the behavior of these groups. Important results are obtained about the behavior of the above mentioned groups and the reflections of these behaviors to the construction process.
