Plöredezis amaçlı intrapleural tetrasiklin ve talk pudrası uygulamasının köpek plevrasında karşılaştırılması

Abstract

ÖZET Plevral yapışıklık oluşturmak üzere köpeklere intraplevral olarak tetrasiklin ve talk pudrası uygulandı. Birinci grup deneklere ( n = 10 ) sağ plevral aralığa 10 cc serum fizyolojik ile 35 mg/kg tetrasiklin verildi. İkinci gruba ( n = 10 ) 5 gr talk pudrası toraks dreninden püskürtüldü. Köpekler ortalama 37. günde öldürüldü. Plevral mesafe makroskopik olarak plöredezbin varlığı ve mflcroskopik olarak fîbrozis ve inflamatuar değişiklikler açısından değerlendirildi İntraplevral talk uygulanan tüm köpeklerde belirgin plevral kalınlaşma ve yapışıklık mevcut iken tetrasiklin uygulanan grupta yeterli effektivite görülemedi Plevral yapışıklık oluşturmak için 5 gr talkın plevral aralığa püskürtülmesi etkili ve emniyetli bir yöntem olarak belirlenmiştir. 35

SUMMARY To achieved pleural adhesion tetracycline and talc were used intrapleural to the dogs. The first group of dogs ( n = 10 ) were given 35 mg/kg tetracycline within % 0,9 NaCl to their right pleural spaces. The second group of dogs ( n = 10 ) were given 5 gr talc from the chest tube with insufflation method. Mean thirty seven days all of them were sacrificed. Then the pleural space of dogs were evaluated macroscopically for evidence of fibrosis and inflammation. All of the dogs which were administered by talc had pleural thickening and adhesion, but we seen no effective change the other group which had tetracycline administration. We conclude from these observations that the insufflation of 5 gr talc in to the pleural space is an effective and safety methods to achieved pleural adhesion. 36
