01.01.2009-31.12.2012 tarihleri arasında Gaziantep Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Acil Servisine başvuran trafik kazalarında alkol oranı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 01.01.2009–31.12.2012 tarihleri arasında acil servise başvuru yapan 393769 kişi içerisinden, trafik kazası sebebiyle gelen 2290 olgunun dosyası incelenmiş ve bu kazalarda alkolün rolü araştırılmıştır. Olguların en fazla haziran ve ağustos aylarında acil servise başvurdukları görülmüştür. Bunların 595 kadarında alkol araştırması yapılıp, bunlardan da 66 kadarında yasal sınırın üzerinde alkol tespit edilmiştir.Trafik kazası sebebiyle gelen olguların ortalama yaşı 30,99±16,8 'dir. Kazazedeler çoğunlukla 15-25 yaş aralığında olup, tüm kazazedelerin % 87,2 sini 50 yaş ve altındakiler oluşturmaktadır. Kazazedelerin %71,5'i erkek, %28,5'i kadındır. Olay esnasında kazazedelerde en çok baş-boyun (%22,2) ve ekstremite (%13) yaralanmaları meydana gelmiştir. Vakaların büyük çoğunluğunun (%46,6) yaralanma bölgesi ile ilgili bilgi bulunmamaktadır. Acil Servisteki müdahaleden sonra olgular en çok ortopedi servisine gönderilmektedir. Vakaların %18,7' sinde kemik kırığı saptanmamış olup, kemik kırığı saptananlarda ise en çok (%10,9) alt ekstremite kemiklerinde kırık saptanmış, vakaların %50,8' inde kemik kırığı olup olmadığıyla ilgili veri bulunamamıştır.Dosyası incelenen 2290 hastadan 16 tanesi (%0,7) vefat etmiştir. Bu olguların %65,7 si kazalardan sağ kurtulmuş olup, %33,6 sının vefat edip etmediği bilgisine ise ulaşılamamıştır.

The study of this thesis covers the traffic accidents occuring between 01.01.2009 -31.12.2012. 393769 patients applied to the emergency service but only 2290 patient files with traffic accident complaints were investigated.We concentrated on the role of the alcohol. The patients came to the emergency service mostly in june and august of the year, around 10 to 12 a.m. in the morning. Among this patients 595 of them screened for alcohol and 66 of these patient exceeded the alcohol level.Avarage age of the patients is 30.99±16.8 . Victims were mostly 15 to 25 age interval, 87.2 % of the patients were 50 years old and under. 71.5 % of the patients were men , 28.5 % women. The victims had mostly (22.2 %) head and neck injury and extremity injury(13 %). Most of the injury origins (46.6 %) were not known.After emergency intervention the patients were mostly ended up at the orthopaedic service. Among the injuries 18.7 % did not have bone fractures but 10.9 % lower extremity bone fractures. We did not find any data for the 50.8 % injuries whether or not therewere bone fractures.16 patients(0.7 % ) out of 2290 patients were past away,65.7 % survived and there was no knowledge for 33.6 % whether or not survived.
