Romatoit artritli hastalarda kompleman komponentleri (C3, C4), immünglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) ve interlökin seviyesi

Abstract

ÖZET Romatoid Artritli Hastalarda Kompleman Komponentleri (C3,C4), Immünglobulin (IgG,IgA,IgM) ve İnterlökin-6 Seviyesi Romatoid artritli hastalar ile kontrol grubunda yer alan kişilerde immunglobuünler (IgG,IgA ve IgM) ve kompleman komponentleri (C3,C4) single radial immunodifüzyon yöntemi, EL-6 seviyesi ise immuno radiometrik assay (IRMA) ile ölçüldü. Hasta grubunda yer alan toplam 70 hastanın 45 (%64.3)'i kadın, 25 (%35.7)'i erkek, kontrol gurubumuzda yer alan 20 kişinin 10 (%50)'u kadın, 10 (%50)'u da erkek idi. Hastaların ortalama yaşı 44.45 (19-65 yaş), kontrol grubunun ise 40.35 (21-58 yaş) idi. Hasta grubunda IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4, IL-6 değerleri sırasıyla 16.526 ±5.61 9, 3.350±1.280, 1.735±0.644, 1.344±0.436, 0.354±0.126, 32.231 ±22.429 olarak bulunurken, kontrol grubunda bu değerler sırasıyla; 14.363 ±3.691, 2.751 ±1.053, 1.546±0.501, 1.060±0.290, 0.313±0.114, 5.295±3.833 idi. Romatoid artritli hastalarla kontrol grubu kıyaslandığında IgG, IgA, C3 ve IL-6 seviyeleri hasta grubunda istatistik! açıdan anlamlı olarak yüksek bulundu (p<0.05). ABSTRACT The Levels of Immunoglobulin (IgG,IgA,IgM), Complement Component (C3,C4) and Interleukin (IL-6) in the Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis Immunoglobulins (IgG, A and M) and complement components (C3,C4) which were measured by the method of single radial immunodiffusion, and IL-6 level which was measured by immunoradiometric assay (IRMA), were compared between the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and the control group. Sex distributions of 70 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were 45 females (64.3%) and 25 males (35.7%) and of 20 voluntatis of the control group were 10 females (50%) and 10 males (50%). The average age of the same groups were 44.5 years (range 19-65 years) and 40.35 (range 21-58), in respectively. In the group of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4 and BL-6 levels were measured as 16.526±5.619, 3.350± 1.280, 1.735+0.644, 1.344+0.436, 0.354+0.126, 32.231 ±22.429 (mean±SD), in the control group, the same components were found 14.363±3.691, 2.751±1.053, 1.546±0.501, 1.060±0.290, 0.313±0.114, 5.295±3.833 in respectively. Statistical analysis revealed that the levels of gG, gA, C3 and IL-6 were significantly meaningful between the patients with rheumatoid arthritis and the control group (p<0.05).
