Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı 4-6 yaş Kuran kursları eğitiminin öğretici ve veli görüşlerine göre incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı tarafından açılan 4-6 Yaş Kuran kursları eğitiminin öğreticilerin ve velilerin görüşlerine göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın iki ayrı çalışma grubu vardır. İlk çalışma grubu, Kırıkkale İl Müftülüğü ve İlçe Müftülüklerine bağlı Kuran kurslarında çalışan öğreticiler arasından seçilmiş ve en az bir eğitim öğretim dönemi süresince 4-6 yaş grubunda görev yapmış olmaları esas alınmıştır. Amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yoluyla oluşturulan ilk çalışma grubuna 30 öğretici dahil edilmiştir. Çalışma grubunun ikincisi, Kırıkkale İl Müftülüğü ve İlçe Müftülüklerine bağlı 4-6 yaş grubu Kuran kurslarına çocuklarını gönderen veliler arasından amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yoluyla seçilmiştir ve 30 veliden oluşmaktadır. Nitel bir çalışma olan bu araştırmada, olgubilim (fenomoloji) deseni kullanılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak öğretici ve veliler için ayrı ayrı geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formlarında yer alan görüşme soruları iki ayrı uzman tarafından değerlendirilerek geçerlik, güvenirlik çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın analiz kısmında, nitel veri analizinde derinlemesine analiz yapmayı sağlayan içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda, öğretici ve velilerin okul öncesi din eğitimini önemli ve gerekli gördükleri, DİB tarafından yürütülen 4-6 yaş grubu Kuran kursu eğitiminin bu ihtiyaca cevap verebildiği tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında, öğretici eğitimi, öğretim programı, ders materyalleri konusunda giderilmesi gereken eksikliklerin olduğu ve eğitim-öğretim süreci içerisinde öğreticilerin karşılaştıkları sorunlar hususunda destek bekledikleri tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca velilerin 4-6 yaş grubu Kuran kurslarına ilişkin beklentilerinin yüksek olduğu, bu beklentilerine önemli ölçüde cevap buldukları, öğreticilerin alanda karşılaştıkları sorunları ve eksiklikleri velilere yansıtmadığı, velilerin genel olarak 4-6 yaş grubu Kuran kurslarından memnun kaldıkları, tespit edilen bulgular arasındadır.Anahtar Kelimeler: 4-6 yaş, Kuran kursu eğitimi, 4-6 yaş öğretim programı, Kuran kursu öğreticileri

The aim of this research is to examine the education of the 4-6 Age Quran Courses opened by the Prediceny of Religious Affairs according to the opinions of the trainers and parents. The research has two different working groups. The first working group was selected among the trainers working in the Quran Courses opened by Kırıkkale Provincial and District Muftiate. It is based on the fact that the trainers worked in the 4-6 age group during at least one education period. 30 trainers were included in the first study group, which was formed through criterion sampling, which is one of the purposeful sampling methods. The second of the study group was selected from the parents who sent their children to the Qur'an courses of Kırıkkale Provincial and District Muftiate, 4-6 years old, through maximum sampling and consists of 30 parents. In this research, which is a qualitative study, the phenomenology pattern was used. In this research, which is a qualitative study, the phenomenology pattern was used. A semi-structured interview form developed for the teachers and parents was used as a data collection tool. The interview questions in the interview forms were evaluated by two specialists, validity and reliability studies were carried out. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained, it has been determined that the trainers and parents consider preschool religious education important and necessary, and that the 4-6 age group Quran education conducted by the Presidency of Religious Affairs can meet this need. In addition, it has been determined that there are deficiencies that need to be resolved in terms of instructional education, curriculum, and course materials, and that trainers expect support for the problems they face during the education process. In addition, it is found that parents have high expectations about the Qur'an courses in the 4-6 age group, they have a significant response to these expectations, the trainers do not reflect the problems and deficiencies they encounter in the field, and the parents are generally satisfied with the 4-6 age group Qur'an courses.Keywords: 4-6 years, Quran course education, 4-6 years education program, Quran course tutors
