Hemşirelikte insan onuru algılama ve anlama ölçeği geliştirme

Abstract

Giriş-Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, hemşirelikte insan onuru kavramını algılama ve anlamanın belirlenmesi için `Hemşirelikte İnsan Onuru Algılama ve Anlama Ölçeği` nin geliştirilmesidir.Gereç-Yöntem: Araştırma metodolojik tipte bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini, İzmir iline bağlı iki üniversitenin hemşirelik bölümünde öğrenim gören öğrenciler (S=2162) oluşturmuştur. Evrenin tümü araştırmaya dâhil edilip, örneklem seçimine gidilmemiş ve araştırma ölçek madde sayısının 10 katı olan 520 öğrenci ile tamamlanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında, `Öğrenci Tanıtım Formu` ve araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen `Hemşirelikte İnsan Onuru Algılama ve Anlama Ölçeği` kullanılmıştır. Hemşirelikte İnsan Onuru Algılama ve Anlama Ölçeği, araştırmacılar tarafından `Algılama`, `Bakım` ve `Anlama` üç alt boyutu olmak üzere literatürde yer alan, hemşirelikte insan onuru ile ilgili pek çok araştırma incelenerek ve uzman görüşleri alınarak geliştirilmiştir. İlk geliştirildiğinde 76 maddeden oluşan taslak ölçek uzman görüşleri ve geçerlik analizleri sonucunda önce 52 maddelik şeklini almış sonrasında yapılan geçerlik güvenirlik analizleri neticesinde 43 maddeden oluşmuştur. Bu bağlamda; ölçeğin geliştirilmesinde `Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi, Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi, Barlett Testi, Ki-Kare Uyum Testi, Cronbach Alfa Testi, Shapiro-Wilk Testi, Hotelling's T Testi, Spearman Brown Katsayısı, Guttman Split-Half Coefficient Testi` kullanılmıştır.Bulgular: Ölçeğin toplam Cronbach alfa değeri 0.91 olarak belirlenirken; `Anlama` alt boyutu için Cronbach Alfa değeri 0.86; `Bakım` alt boyutu Cronbach Alfa değeri ise 0.82; `Algılama` alt boyutu için ise 0.76 olarak saptanmıştır.Sonuç: Bu veriler doğrultusunda; Hemşirelikte İnsan Onuru Algılama ve Anlama Ölçeği'nin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu belirlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Hemşirelik, insan onuru, algılama, anlama, ölçek geliştirme

Indtroduction-Aim: The aim of this study is to develop the Development of Scale of Human Dignity Perception and Understanding Scale in order to perception and understand the concept of human dignity in nursing.Materials and Methods: The research is a methodological type of research. The population of the study consisted of students (N=2162) who were studying in the nursing department of two university in Izmir. All of the population was included in the study and sample selection was not made and the research scale was completed with 520 students who were 10 times the number of items. In order to collect research data, `Student Description Form` and `Scale of Human Dignity Perception and Understanding in Nursing` developed by the researchers were used. `Scale of Human Dignity Perception and Understanding in Nursing` has been developed in three sub-dimensions that `Perception` and `Care` and `Understanding` by was examined many research related to the human dignity in nursing in the literature and taking expert opinions. `Scale of Human Dignity Perception and Understanding in Nursing` consisting of 76 items was developed. When it was first developed, the draft scale, consisting of 76 items, had 52 items as a result of expert opinions and validity analyzes, and then the reliability reliability analysis result 43 items. In this context; `Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Barlett Test, Chi-Square Test, Cronbach's Alpha Test, Shapiro-Wilk Test, Hotelling- T Test, Spearman Brown's Test, Guttman Split-Half Coefficient Test` were used in the development of the scale.Results: In the validity and reliability study of the `Scale of Human Dignity Perception and Understanding in Nursing` total Cronbach alpha value of the scale was 0.91. Cronbach's alpha value of `Understanding` sub-dimension was determined as 0.86; `Care` sub-dimension was determined as 0.82 and `Perception` sub-dimension was determined as 0.76.Conclusion: According to these data, it was determined that `Scale of Human Dignity Perception and Understanding in Nursing` is a valid and reliable scale.Keywords: Nursing, human dignity, perception, understanding, development of scale
