Özel hastanelerde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği eğitimlerinin güvenlik kültürüne etkileri

Abstract

6331 Sayılı İSGK, özellikle işyerlerinde çalışanların, sağlıklarını korumak ve iş kazalarını ve meslek hastalıklarını en alt düzeye indirmek gayesiyle çıkarılmıştır. Bilindiği üzere, yapılan işin niteliğine bağlı olarak, işyerleri üç tehlike sınıfına ayrılmıştır. Hastaneler bu sınıflamada, tehlike derecesi en yüksek olan grupta yer almaktadır. Olası tehlikelerin doğurduğu, olumsuz sonuçların rakamsal analizi yapıldığında, %2'lik bir kısmın, `Önlenemez`, %98'lik kısmın ise, `Önlenebilir` olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu bağlamda, bu oranın pozitif anlamda değiştirilebilmesi amacıyla, çeşitli koruma ve önleme faaliyetlerini içeren İSG çalışmaları, tüm dünyada ve ülkemizde önem kazanmış bir alanı oluşturmaktadır.İş güvenliği bilincinin ve önleme kültürünün oluşumu ve geliştirilmesi için, bu konuda verilecek İSG eğitimleri önem kazanmıştır. Eğitim sayesinde, kazanılan bilgi birikimlerinin uygulamaya geçirilebilmesi ile istenilen amaca ulaşabilmek mümkün olabilir.Sağlık çalışanlarının karşılaşabilecekleri çeşitli tehlike ve riskler, verilen hizmetin özelliğinden kaynaklanmaktadır. Bu açıdan bakıldığında, oluşabilecek risklerin büyüklüğü ortadadır.Bu çalışmada, `ÖZEL HASTANELERDE İSG EĞİTİMLERİNİN ÖNEMİ `vurgulanmaktadır. Bununla ilgili olarak, yapılan `saha çalışması anketi` ile de elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesi ile çalışmanın tutarlılığı ve önemi vurgulanmış, tüm işyerlerinde olduğu gibi, özellikle, ÖZEL HASTANELERDEKİ İSG EĞİTİMLERİNİN, `vazgeçilmez` olduğu bilinci ile, GÜVENLİK KÜLTÜRÜ olgusuyla, doğrudan bağlantılı olduğu saptanmıştır.

LAW 6331, namely, Occupational Health and Safety has been legislated for the purpose to reduce or avoidable levels of the job accidents and the occupational diseases and particularly, to provide work environment ''free from work related diseases and the accidents.''The enterprices are classified as three different risk groups, regarding to the activities related health and safety hazards are concerned. The HOSPITALS are in the group of the ''MOST DANGEREOUS'' or in the ''most risky organization''As a matter of fact, statistical analysis of the unfavorable results caused by the dangers are of 2% avoidable, but 98% stil avoidable are determined. Within this context, enable to change that percentage to positive direction, the various studies -- security awareness and prevention culture is concerned-- in the İSG fields have been increased in the all countries as well as in Turkiye. So, the importance of security awareness and prevention culture, in the OHS training basis is concerned, has become more of an issue in the worldHowever, it can only be possible to transfer the information into the implementation through TRAINING and achieve to the desired aim to be reached.The serious of the risks and dangers exposed to the helathcare employees working in the PRIVATE HOSPITALS originate from the nature of the service they provide. From this point of wiev, the magnitude of the possible risks are subject to understand.Within this study, the effects of OHS TRAININGs on the safety culture have been investigated and tried to emphasize '' the OHS CULTURE '' regarding to this subject.The fieldworks in the various HOSPITALs were made by means of a questionnaire among the healthcare professionals. The datas as a result of the statistical study has shown the coherence of this study and importance of the OHS TRAININGS, been held in the enterprises particularly, in the PRIVATE HOSPITALS.So that the OHS TRAINING is '' sine qua non''.
