Bazı N, N`-disübstitüeetilendiamin ve N, N`-disübtitüe-alfa, W-diaminoalifatik eterlerin sentezi

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada, tac eterlere başlangıç maddesi olabilecek çeşitli N,N' - disübstitüe- ct,W-diaminoalif atik eterlerin sen tez lenmesi düşünülmüştür. Bu amaçla oligoetilen glikol diklorür ile aşırı alkil ve aril amin etkileştirildi ve reaksiyon karışımı ısıtıldı, böylece üç tane N,N' -disübstitüe etilendiamin ve dokuz tane N,N'- disübstitüe- <a,w-diaminoalifatic eter sentezlendi. Bunun la birlikte, N,N* - disübstitüe- 1,5- diamino- 3- oksapentan bileşikleri yerine, istenmeyen N- alkil morfolin türevleri ele geçti. Elde edilen amin bileşikleri vakum destilasyonu yoluyla saf laştırılmış ve çoQu sıvı olduklarından, karakte- rize edilmeleri amacıyla pikrat ve dipikrat tuzlarına dönüştürüldü. N,N' -disübstitüe- a, w- diaminoalif atik eterlerin pikrat, dipikrat ve diklorürlerinin element analizi yapıldı.

SUMMARY In this study, we have been thought for synthesis of N,N'-disübstituted-a,w-diaminoalif atic ethers and N,N'-di- substituted ethylene diamines which would be starting materials for crown ethers. For this aim, oligoethylene glikol dikloride were treated with excess of alkyl amine and reaction mixture were heated, so three N,N' - disubstituted ethylenediamines and nine N,N*- disubstituated- ct,w-diaminoaliphatik ethers were synthesised. However, we would like to obtain N,N'- disubsti tuted- 1,5- diamino-3- oksapentane, but N- alkyl morpholine derivatives were obtained in place of N,N'-disubstituted- aliphatic ethers. These amine compounds were purrified by vacum distillation method. The most of these compounds is liquid form, so their picrate and dipicrate salts were prepared for carac terization of amines. We have carried out elemental analysis of their picrates, dipicrates and diklorides.
