dc.description.abstractÖZET Bu çalışmada sulu çözeltiden bazı ağır metallerin ( MnSCv», C0SO4, N1SO4,CuSC»4 ) kaolinle uzaklaştırılması incelendi. Kaolin ile ağır metallerin denge temas süreleri 2 saat olarak belirlendi ve adsorpsiyon hız sabitleri sırasıyla 25 °C 'de 0.0012dk -1, 0.0024dk _1, 0.0030dk _1, 0.0051 dk_1 ve 40 °C 'de 0.0019 dk`1, 0.0038 dk-1, 0.0085 dk _I ve 0.0090 dk _1 olarak bulundu. Bu ağır metallerin adsorpsiyon izotermlerinin Langmuir adsorpsiyon izotermine uydukları görüldü. Langmuir denklemine ilişkin Cm sabitleri sırasıyla 25 °C 'de 0.446 mgg _1, 0.919 mgg -1, 1.669 mgg ~/ 10.787 mgg ~/ ve 40 °C 'de 0.431 mgg _1, 1.470 mgg ~/ 2.79 mgg _1 ve 11.037, b sabitleri ise 25 °C 'de 0.067,0.108, 0.112, 0.155 ve 40 °C 'de 0.142, 0.167, 0.240, 0.348 olarak bulundu. Bu elde edilen verilere göre kullanılan ağır metallerin kaolin üzerinde adsorplanabilme sırası Cu+2 > Ni+2 > Co*2 > Mn+2 olarak bulundu.
dc.description.abstractVI SUMMARY In this study, the removal of some heavy metals (MnS04,CoS04, NİSO4, C11SO4) from aqueous solution was investigated by kaolinite adsorbent. Equilibrium contact times of the heavy metals were determined for 2 hours. Adsorption rate, constants were found out at 25 °C as 0.0012 min`1, 0.0024 min l, 0.003 min`1, 0. 0051 min'1, and at 40 °C as 0.0019 min'1, 0.0038 min`1, 0. 0085 min'1, 0.0090 min`, respectively by kaolinite. It was seen that adsorption.isotherms of this heavy metals fitted to Langmuir adsorption isotherm. Cm constanst of the Langmuir equation were found at 25°C as 0.446 mgg _1, 0.919 mgg -1, 1.669 mgg ~/ 10.787 mgg _1, and 40 °C 'at as 0.431 mgg ~/ 1.470 mgg -1, 2.79 mgg _1, 11.037 mgg-1 respectively, b constants were seen at 25 °C as 0.067,0.108, 0.112, 0.155 and 40 °C ' as 0.142, 0.167, 0.240, 0.348 respectively. According to these adsorsivity parameters used for these heavy metals on kaolinite Cu+2 > Ni+2 > Co+2 > Mn+2 respectively were found.en_US
