dc.description.abstract11 ÖZET Bu çalışmada karboksil grubu ihtiva eden 2,2 Dimetil Süksinik Asit ve 2,3 Dimetil Süksinik Asit tek kristallerinin ESR incelemesi yapıldı. Süksinik Asit radikalleri ile ilgili olarak bugüne kadar yapılan çalışmalar incelenerek ortak özellikler bulunmaya çalışıldı. Gama ışınlarına tutulan 2,2 Dimetil Süksinik Asit,HOOCCH2C(CH3)2COOHve 2,3 Dimetil Süksinik Asit, COOHCHCH3CHCH3COOH tek kristalleri oda sıcaklığında incelendi. Gama ışınlarının oluşturduğu paramanyetik merkezlerin HOOCc H(CH3)2CCOOH ve HOOCc CH3CHCH3COOH radikalleri olduğu görülmüş ve özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu maddelerin aşın inceyapı değerleri anizotropik, spektroskopik g değerleri çok az anizotropik olup, ortalama değerleri a=18 G, 16 G, g= 1,9971, 1,9978 olduğu tesbit edilmiştir. dc.description.abstractm SUMMARY In this study,the carboxylic group has that the single crystals 2,2 Dimethyl Succinic Acid and 2,3 Dimethyl Succinic Acid were investigated by ESR tecnique. By investigating the studies about succinic acid from the begining till now, we tried to find common propertier. The Electron Spin Resonance spectra of gamma irradiated 2,2 Dimethyl Succinic Acid, HOOCCH2C(CH3)2COOH and 2,3 Dimethyl Succinic Acid, COOHCHCH3CHCH3COOH, single crytals were investigated at room temperature. The radiation damage centers were attributed to HOOCcH(CH3)2CCOOH and HOOCc CH3CHCH3COOH radicals, respectively, and their properties were investigated. The small anisotropic values of the g factors, anisotropic hyperfine coupling constants for these samples were found to be g=l,9971, 1,9278 a=18 G, 16 G respectively.en_US
