dc.description.abstractAminopirimidin ve türevleri biyolojik ve farmokolojik açıdan büyük öneme sahip heterosiklik bileşiklerdir. Bu çalışmada başlangıç maddesi olarak kullanılan 1-amino-5-(4-metilbenzoil)-4-(4-metilfenil)-1H-pirimidin-2-on (M1) ve 1-amino-5-(4-metilbenzoil)-4-(4-metilfenil)-1H-pirimidin-2-tiyon (M2) bileşikleri literatüre göre hazırlandı. Bu bileşiklerin 4-hidroksibenzaldehit, 2,3-dihidroksibenzaldehit, 3,4,5-trimetoksibenzaldehit, 2,4-dimetoksibenzaldehit ve tiyofen-2-karbaldehit ile reaksiyonları yapılarak ligant özelliği taşıyan Schiff bazları (ML1-ML8) sentez edildi. Ayrıca ikinci aşamada elde edilen Schiff bazlarının bazı metal tuzları (M: Ni (II), Cu (II), Co (II), Ag (I), Pt (II), Pd (II)) ile reaksiyonları yapılarak geçiş metal kompleksleri (MK1-MK6) sentezlendi. Sentez edilen bileşiklerin yapıları; FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR ve LC-MS spektroskopisi yardımıyla aydınlatıldı.Anahtar Kelimeler: Aminopirimidin, aldehit, schiff bazı, geçiş metal kompleksleri.
dc.description.abstractAminopyrimidine and its derivatives are heterocyclic compounds of great biological and pharmacological importance. 1-Amino-5-(4-methylbenzoyl)-4-(4-methylphenyl) -1H-pyrimidine-2-one (M1) and 1-amino-5-(4-methylbenzoyl)-4-(4-methylphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2-thione (M2) used as starting material in this study. The compounds were prepared according to the literature. Schiff bases (ML1-ML8) were synthesized by reacting these compounds with 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde, 2,3-dihydroxybenzaldehyde, 3,4,5-trimethoxybenzaldehyde, 2,4-dimethoxybenzaldehyde and thiophene-2-carbaldehyde. In addition, transition metal complexes of Schiff bases (MK1-MK6) were synthesized with Ni (II), Cu (II), Co (II), Ag (I), Pt (II), Pd (II) salts. The structures of the synthesized compounds were elucidated by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and LC-MS spectroscopy.Keywords: Aminopyrimidine, aldehyde, schiff base, transition metal complexes.en_US
