dc.description.abstractBu çalısmada, modifiye edilmis havuç atıklarından yararlanarak sulu çözeltiden Mn2+,Cu2+, Ni2+ ve Co2+ metallerinin biyosorpsiyon yoluyla uzaklastırılması kinetik vetermodinamik parametreler esliginde incelenip, karsılastırılarak incelendi.Bu amaçla, önce Mn2+, Cu2+, Ni2+ ve Co2+ metalleri için 293K, 313K ve 333K dekinetik çalısmalar yapılarak kinetik veriler elde edildi. Bu deneysel veriler Lagergrendenkleminde degerlendirilerek adsorpsiyon hız sabitleri belirlendi. Bu sabitler kullanılarak daaktivasyon enerjileri belirlendi. Ayrıca, yukarıdaki üç ayrı sıcaklıkta adsorpsiyon çalısmalarıyapılarak adsorpsiyon izotermleri belirlendi. Adsorpsiyon izotermleri Langmuir izoterm tipineuydugu görüldü. Langmuir çizgisel izoterm denklemlerinde degerlendirilerek C m ve bsabitleri belirlendi. Bulunan b sabitlerinden H, S ve G termodinamik parametrelerbelirlendi. Ayrıca; her bir metal için tek nokta adsorpsiyon çalısmaları yapılarak, yüzdeadsorpsiyon kapasiteleri belirlenip sonuçlar karsılastırıldı.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, removal of Mn2+, Cu2+, Ni2+ and Co2+ from aqueous solution bybiosorption together kinetic and thermodynamics parameter on modified carrot residues wasinvestigated. Biosorption of Mn2+, Cu2+, Ni2+ and Co2+ on modified carrot residues werecompared.With this aim, initially for Mn2+, Cu2+, Ni2+ and Co2+ metals, at 293K, 313K and 333Kkinetic was study and dates of kinetic were found. Kinetic data obtained at differenttemperatures for the adsorption of each metals by modified carrot residues were applied toLagergren equation, and adsorption rate constants (kads) at these temperatures weredetermined, respectively. Adsorption rate constant (kads) related to Cu+2, Ni+2, Co+2 Mn+2 wereapplied to Arrhenius equation, and activation energies (Ea) related to the adsorption of Cu+2,Ni+2, Co+2 Mn+2 on modified carrot residue were determined.The sorption of these metals on modified carrot residues conformed to linear form ofLangmuir adsorption equation. Langmuir Cm and b constant for each metal were found. Also,using found b constant, kinetic and thermodynamic parameters such as enthalpy (H), freeenergy (G) and entropy (S) were calculated. Also, for each metals were determinedcapacity of percent adsorption, and then results were compared.en_US
