dc.description.abstractEnzim katalizi, kovalent olmayan etkilesimler, host katalizli reaksiyonların kinetigive supramoleküler kompleks olusumlu kataliz reaksiyonları tartısıldı.(R)-2-amino-1-bütanolden çıkarak kiral bir misel olan Dodesil (1-hidroksimetil-propil)dimetil amonyum bromür sentezlendi. Bu misellin, hazırlanan enantiyomerce saf (R) ve(S) p-nitrofenil-3-fenilbütanoatın hidrolizinde katalitik etkisi incelendi. Miselin Senantiyomerini R'den daha iyi katalizledigi ve bunun %30 ee'ye takabül edildigigörüldü.
dc.description.abstractThe concept of enzyme catalysis, non-covalent interactions, host-mediated reactionsand catalysis by supramolecular systems are breefly discussed.A chiral micelle starting from (R)-2-amino-1-butanol was prepared and its catalyticeffect on the alkaline hydrolysis of enantiomerically pure p-nitrophenyl esters of (R)-and (S)-3-phenyl butanoic acid was tested. It was found that micelle selectivelycatalysis the hydrolysis of R-ester compared to that of S-ester with a % 30 ee.en_US
