dc.description.abstractBu çalısmada, sulu çözeltiden chitosan ile indigo karmen ve tripan mavisi gibi bazıtoksik boyarmaddelerin adsorpsiyonları sıcaklığa bağlı olarak incelendi. Her birboyarmadde için farklı sıcaklıklarda elde edilen kinetik veriler değisik kinetikdenklemlerde (Lagergren denklemi, Weber ? Morris denklemi, Mckay denklemi)değerlendirilerek değisik kinetik parametreler hesaplandı. Ayrıca her bir boyarmadde içinfarklı sıcaklıklarda izoterm çalısması yapılarak izoterm eğriler elde edildi. Bu izotermeğriler uydukları izoterm denklemlerin çizgisel ifadelerinde değerlendirilerek izotermsabitleri ve adsorpsiyon izotermleri Langmuir adsorpsiyon izotermine uyan boyarmaddeleriçin, Langmuir b sabiti termodinamik bağıntılarda değerlendirilerek termodinamikparametreler hesaplandı.Daha sonra chitosan modifiye edilerek yüzey özelliği değistirildi. Sulu çözeltidenbu modifiye edilmis chitosan (chitosan ftalat) ile indigo karmen ve tripan mavisiadsorpsiyonları sıcaklığa bağlı olarak incelendi. Her iki boyarmadde için farklısıcaklıklarda elde edilen kinetik veriler yukarıda belirtilen kinetik denklemlerdedeğerlendirilerek kinetik parametreler hesaplandı. Ayrıca her iki boyarmadde için farklısıcaklıklarda izoterm çalısması yapılarak izoterm eğriler elde edildi.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the adsorption of some toxic dyestuffs (Indigo Carmine, Trypan Blue)by chitosan from aqueous solution were investigated as dependent on temperature.Kinetical data obtained for each dyestuff at different temperatures were applied to variouskinetical equations ( Lagergren equation, Weber ? Morris equation and Mckay equation)and various kinetical parameters were calculated. Besides, isotherm curves being doneisotherm study for each dyestuff at different temperatures were obtained. Theseexperimental datas were applied to linear states of isotherm equations they fitted andisotherm constants were calculated and then for dyestuffs which adsorption isotherms ofthese are fitting Langmuir adsorption isotherm, Langmuir b constants were applied tothermodynamic equations and thermodynamic parametres were also calculated.Then, chitosan was modified and its surface property was changed. The adsorptionsof indigo carmine and trypan blue by this modified chitosan ( chitosan phthalate) fromaqueous solution were investigated as depent on temperature. Kinetical datas obtained fortwo dyestuffs at different temperatures were applied to above stated kinetical equations andkinetical parameters were calculated. Besides, isoterm curves being done isoterm study fortwo dyestuffs at different temperatures were obtained.en_US
