Abstract

Birinci Dünya Sava'nda, Çanakkale Cephesinin denge anahtar olaraknitelendirebileceimiz Kâzm nanç Paa'nn Çanakkale Cephesinde yapmaklayükümlü olduu görev, yetki ve sorumluluklarn belgeler nda deerlendirilipaçkla kavuturulmas esasna dayanarak bu tezimiz oluturulmutur.Yaptz bu çalma, Kâzm nanç'n 1880 tarihinde doumundan vefatettii 1938 sürecine kadar yaad olaylara ve yürüttüü görevlere ayrntyainmeden deindikten sonra, Çanakkale Cephesinde yapmakla yükümlü olduugörevler ve görevleri dnda bazen ekstra yapt ileri belgeler ndaaydnlatmay amaçladkAskeri görevine balad andan itibaren önemli görev ve pozisyonlardabulunan Kâzm nanç, gerek Harbiyede örenci olduu sralarda gerekse BalkanSavalarnda yürüttüü görevlerin neticesinde elde ettii deneyim ve tecrübelersayesinde Çanakkale Cephesinde kilit bir rol üstleneren önemli baarlara imzaatmr.Çanakkale cephesinde Beinci Ordu Komutan Alman Generali Liman VonSanders'in Kurmay Bakan olarak görev yapan Kâzm nanç, çok iyi almancakonuabilmesinin etkisiyle de Limân Paa ile gerek harbiyeden gerek karargâhlardantan yakn arkadalar olan birlik komutanlar arasnda denge görevi görerekolabilecek çatmalara engel olmaya çalrBu amaç ve kapsamlar içeren tezimiz Milli Savunma Bakanl,Genelkurmay ATASE Arivi, Babakanlk Arivi, TBMM, Türk Türk TarihKurumu, Milli Kütüphane, Diyarbakr l Hâlk Kütüphanelerinden faydalanarak eldeedilen Hatratlar, Makaleler, Belgeler ve Resmi Yaynlarn değerlendirilmesisonucunda hazrlanmr.Anahtar Sözcükler: KâzÕm Paúa, Beúinci Ordu, Çanakkale Cephesi, Liman Von Sanders
