Radıyyüddin es-Sagânî ve ed-Dürrü`l-Mültekat adlı eserinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Sagânî, Kudâî'nin Müsnedü'ş-Şihâb ve Uklîşî'nin en-Necm adlı eserlerinden mevzû olduğunu söylediği rivayetleri, halk arasında meşhur mevzû rivayetleri, tamamı mevzû rivayetlerden oluşan kitapların adları ve bu kitapların ilk rivayetlerini ed-Dürrü'l-mültekat adlı eserinde derlemiştir. Bunun yanında hadis uydurma konusunda meşhur olmuş bazı kişilerin isimlerini de zikretmiştir. Sagânî, sahih, hasen ve zayıf rivayetlere mevzû hükmü vermesi sebebiyle âlimler tarafından tenkit edilmiştir. Irâkî itirazlarını bir reddiye ile ifade etmiştir. Bu çalışmada Sagânî'nin tespitlerine karşı yapılan itirazlar dikkate alınarak rivayetler değerlendirilmiştir. Karşılaştırılmalı bir yol izlenerek Sagânî'nin hükümlerindeki temel sâikler ve hükümlerinde isabetli olup olmadığı tespit edilmiştir.

Saghanî compiled that the narrations were stated as mawdu in al-Qudai's work named al-Shihab and al-Iqlishi's work named al-Najm, common mawdu narrations in public, all the names of books composed of mawdu narrations and the first narrations of these books in his work named Dürrü'l-mültekat. He also pointed out the names of some people who were famous for fabricating hadith.Sagânî was criticized by the scholars due to the fact that he gave the mawdu status to sahih, hasen and weak narrations. Al-Iraqi has expressed his objection with his rebuttal. In this study, the narrations were evaluated in regards to objections against Saghani's detections. The main reasons and accuracies of Saghani's provision were determinated by the comparative method.
