dc.description.abstractBu çalışma üç basamakta gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk basamakta, iminoester hidroklorür bileşikleri (1-5) literatürdeki yönteme göre sentezlenmiştir. Elde edilen 1-5 bileşikleri 4,5-dimetil-o-fenilendiamin bileşiği ile reaksiyona sokularak 1-benzimidazol türevlerine (6-10) dönüştürüldü. Elde edilen 1H-benzimidazol (6-10) bileşikleri metil bromoasetat ile reaksiyona sokularak ester türevlerine (11-15) ve ester türevleri (11-15) ise hidrazin hidrat ile reaksiyona sokularak karşılık gelen hidrazid türevlerine (16-20) dönüştürüldü. İkinci basamakta, 2-okso-2H-kromen-3-karboksilik asit (21) ve 3-(1H-benzotriazol-1-ilkarbonil)-2H-kromen-2-on (22) literatürdeki yönteme göre sentezlenmiştir. Çalışmanın son basamağında ise 16-20 bileşikleri ile 3-(1H-benzotriazol-1-ilkarbonil)-2H-kromen-2-on (22) bileşikleri reaksiyona sokularak 5 farklı kumarin ve benzimidazol halkalarını bir arada içeren yeni hibrit bileşikler elde edilmiştir. Sentezlenen yeni bileşiklerin yapıları 1H NMR, 13C NMR (APT) ve kütle spektroskopisiyle aydınlatılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThis study has taken place in three steps. In the fist step, iminoester hydrochlorides (1-5) were synthesized according to the literature. The obtained 1-5 compounds were reacted with 4,5-dimethyl-o-phenylenediamine and they were converted to the their corresponding 1H-benzimidazole (6-10) derivatives.Then, the obtained 1-benzimidazole derivatives were converted to their ester derivatives (11-15) with the reaction of 6-10 and methy bromoacetate, and ester derivatives (11-15) were reacted with hydrazine monohydrate to synthesize their corresponding hydrazide derivatives (16-20). In the second step, 2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-carboxylic acid (21) and 3-(1H-benzotriazol-1-ylkarbonyl)-2H-chromen-2-one (22) were prepared according to the literature. In the last step of this work, the obtained 16-20 compounds and 3-(1H-benzotriazol-1-ylkarbonyl)-2H-chromen-2-one (22) were taken in reaction and 5 different molecules, which include coumarin and benzimidazole cycles in their structure, were obtained.The structure of synthesized compounds were identified by 1H NMR, 13C NMR (APT) ve mass spectroscopic data.en_US
