dc.description.abstract | ÖZETFARKLI HETEROHALKALAR İÇEREN BENZİMİDAZOL TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ VE BAZI BİYOLOJİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN İNCELENMESİRıdvan ATİKRecep Tayyip Erdoğan ÜniversitesiFen Bilimleri EnstitüsüKimya Ana Bilim DalıYüksek Lisans TeziDanışmanı: Prof. Dr. Selami ŞAŞMAZBu çalışmada başlangıç bileşiği olan iminoester hidroklorür literatürdeki yönteme göre sentezlenmiş ve sonra 4,5-dikloro-o-fenilendiamin ile reaksiyonundan 5,6-dikloro-2-(4-metoksibenzil)-1H-benzimidazol (2) elde edilmiştir. 2 nolu bileşiğin etilbromoasetat ile reaksiyonu sonucu 3 bileşiği ve bununda hidrazin hidratla reaksiyonundan 2-(5,6-dikloro-2-(4-metoksibenzil)-1H-benzimidazol-1-il)asetohidrazid (4) sentezlenmiştir. Çalışmanın bir sonraki basamağında 4 nolu bileşik çeşitli izotiyosiyanatlar ile reaksiyona sokularak önce tiyosemikarbazit türevlerine dönüştürüldü (9, 10, 11) ve ardından bu bileşiklerin 2N NaOH ile reaksiyonundan triazol halkası içeren benzimidazol türevleri elde edildi (12, 13, 14). Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları IR, 1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR (APT) spektroskopisiyle aydınlatılmıştır. dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACTSYNTHESIS OF DIFFERENTHETEROCYCLE BENZİMİDAZOLE DERİVATIVES AND INVESTIGATION OF SOME BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIESRıdvan ATİKRecep Tayyip Erdoğan UniversityGraduate School of Natural and Applied SciencesDepartment of ChemistryMaster ThesisSupervisor: Prof.Dr. Selami ŞAŞMAZIn this work, Iminoester hydrochloride, which is a starting compound, was synthesized according to the literatüre and then, it was reacted with 4,5-dichloro-o-phenylenediamine to obtain 5,6-dichloro-2-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1H-benzimidazole (2). Ethyl [5,6-dichloro-2-(4-trioxidanylbenzyl)-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl]acetate (3) was synthesized by the reaction of compound 2 and ethyl bromoacetate and 2-(5,6-dichloro-2-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1H-benzimidazol-1-yl)acetohydrazide (4) was obtained by the reaction of compound 3 and hydrazine hydrate. In the next step of this work, compound 4 was reacted with different isothiocyanates to obtain correponding isothiocyanate derivatives (9, 10, 11)and then, correcponding benzimidazoles which are containing triazole cycles were obtained by the reaction of isothiocyanate derivatives (12, 13, 14) and 2N NaOH. The structure of newly synthesized compounds were identified by IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR (APT) spectroscopy data.
