dc.description.abstractBu araştırma, Türkiye'deki balık hallerinin genel durumu, Avrupa Birliği'ne uyum sürecinde yapılması gereken düzenlemeler, Samsun balık halinin genel işleyişi, mevcut fiziki kapasitesi, diğer balık halleri ile karşılaştırılması, 2010-2012 yılları arasında pazarlanan yıllık balık miktarlarını rapor etmektedir. Balık halinde 22'si deniz, 10'u tatlı su balığı olmak üzere 32 tür kaydedilmiştir. En düşük kayıt (9566 ton) 2012 yılında bulunurken, en yüksek satış kaydı (15359 ton) 2010 yılında gözlenmiştir. Balık halinde türlere göre en yüksek miktarlar sırasıyla hamsi (%86.91), istavrit (%5.48), palamut (%3.96), mezgit (%3.78), kefal (%0.41), barbunya (%0,25), çinekop (%0.18), lüfer (%0,15), tirsi (%0,12), sardalya (%0,04) ve kalkana (%0,01) aittir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Samsun, Balık hali, Pazarlama, Hijyen, BalıkIII
dc.description.abstractThis study reported that the general state of fish markets in Turkey, harmonization to European Union regulations, and the needs for better market management have been relieved. The overall functioning of Samsun fish market, comparison of the physical conditions with other fish markets, between the quantities of marketed fish in the annual report for 2010-2012 were analysed. In fish market, a total of 32 fish species (22 marine and 10 were freshwater) were recorded. The lowest landings (9 566 tons) was observed in 2012 while the highest (15 359 tons) was in 2010. In case of the shares of species in the total catch, anchovy was the dominant fish (86.91%) and followed by horse mackerel (5.48%), atlantic bonito (3.96%), whiting (3.78%), grey mullet (0.41%), red mullet (0.25%), small blue fish (0.18%), bluefish (0.15%), twaite shad (0.12%), sardines (0.04%), and turbot (0.01%), respectively.Key Words: Samsun, Fish market, Marketing, Hygiene, Fishen_US
