dc.description.abstract2014-2015 yillari arasında yürütülen bu calısmada, musmulanin celikle cogaltilmaolanaklarinin arastirilmasi amaclanmıstir. Calısmada Samsun-Tekkeköy ilcesindebelirlenen 1, Trabzon-Sürmene ilcesinde belirlenen 10 ve Trabzon-Tonya ilcesindebelirlenen 8 genotipin celikleri materyal olarak kullanilmistir. Calışma sonucunda,Tekkeköy genotipine ait odun celiklerinde sadece 5000 ppm IBA uygulamasinda %4.44 köklenme oldugu, yesil ve yari odun celikler ile diger dozlarda ise köklenmeolmadıgı; 2, 9, 11, 15 ve 17 nolu Sürmene genotiplerinin yeşil celiklerinde 5000 ppmIBA uygulamasinda, sirasiyla % 50, % 33.33, % 33.33, % 33.33 ve % 33.33oranlarinda köklenme oldugu, diger genotiplerde (6, 7, 11, 16 ve 19 nolu genotipler)ve odun celiklerinde ise köklenme olmadıgi; 1, 5, 19, 20 ve 21 nolu Tonyagenotiplerinin yesil celiklerinde 5000 ppm IBA uygulamasinda, sirasiyla, % 20.00,% 33.33, % 33.33, % 20 ve % 40.00 oranlarinda köklenme oldugu, digergenotiplerde ise (9, 10 ve 25 nolu genotipler) köklenme olmadıgı belirlenmistir.Celiklerde yeterli köklenme elde edilemediginden, köklenme oranlari disindakiparametreler (canlilik orani, en gelismis kök uzunlugu, en gelismis kök çapi, kök yasagirligi, kök kuru agırligi, kök sayisi ve kök kalitesi) degerlendirilememis veistatistik analiz de yapilamamıstir. Sonuc olarak, musmula celiklerinin IBA ileköklendirilmesinin zor oldugu fakat hormon, doz, genotip ve cesit bazında dahakapsamli calismalarinin yapilmasinin yararli olacagı söylenebilir.
dc.description.abstractIn this study that was carried out between 2014 and 2015 years, it was aimed toinvestigate the possibilites of propagation by cuttings of medlar. In the experiment,cuttings of a genotype from Tekkeköy County (Samsun province of Turkey), 10genotypes from Sürmene County (Trabzon province of Turkey), and 8 genotypesfromTonya County (Trabzon province of Turkey) were used as material. As theresult of the study, in hardwood cuttings of Tekkeköy genotype was observed 4.44 %rooting for 5000 ppm IBA, and no root formation were observed in softwood andsemi-hardwood cuttings, and the other doses; in the 2, 9, 11, 15 and 17 numberedSürmene genotypes, rooting rates at 5000 ppm IBA for softwood cuttings were 50 %,33.33 %, 33.33 %, 33.33 % and 33.33 %, respectively, and no rooting in the othergenotypes (6, 7, 11, 16 and 19) and in hardwood cuttings; in the 1, 5, 19, 20 and 21numbered Tonya genotypes, rooting rates at 5000 ppm IBA for softwood cuttingswere 20.00 %, 33.33 %, 33.33 %, 20 % and 40.00 %, respectively, and no rooting inthe other genotypes (9, 10 and 25). The other parameters except of rooting rate(viability rates, the most developed roots in both length and width, fresh root weightand dry weight, lateral root nember and root quality) have not been studied due tosufficient data can not be achieved, and also statistical analysis could not be done. Inconclusion, it may say that propagation by cuttings of medlar is difficult but it wouldbe beneficial to conduct comprehensive studies based on hormon, dose, genotype andcultivar.en_US
