Muş Devlet Hastanesi Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi'nde yatan hastalardan izole edilen 83 enterokok suşunda direnç genlerinin ve çeşitli virulans genlerin varlığı polimeraz zincir reaksiyonu (PZR) yöntemi ile araştırıldı. Çalışma sonucunda tüm izolatlarda VanA, VanB, VanC, asa1, gelE, esp, agg, cylA, hyl, cfr, ace genleri sırasıyla; 6 (% 7.23), 0 (% 0), 0 (% 0), 25 (% 30.12), 30 (% 36.14), 29 (% 34.94), 8 (% 9.64), 19 (% 22.89), 11 (% 13.25), 0 (% 0), 20 (% 24.1) adet tespit edildi. Tür düzeyinde; E. faecalis suşlarında %54,84 oranıyla en fazla gelE geni, %3,23 oranıyla en az VanA geni tespit edilirken E. faecium suşlarında %32,69 oranıyla en fazla esp geni, %3,85 oranıyla en az agg geni tespit edildi. Sonuç olarak çoğunluğu vankomisine duyarlı olan izolatlarda önemli oranda virulans gen tespit edilmesi gerekli tedbirlerin alınması açısından dikkate değer bulundu.
The presence of virulence genes in enterococci. For this purpose, the presence of resistance genes and various virulence genes in 83 enterococcus strains isolated from hospitalized patients in Muş State Hospital Intensive Care Unit were investigated by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method. At the end of the study, VanA, VanB, VanC, asa1, gelE, esp, agg, cylA, hyl, cfr, ace genes were determined in all isolates; 6 (7.23%), 0 (0%), 0 (0%), 25 (30.12%), 30 (36.14%), 29 (34.94%), 8 (9.64%), 19 (22.89%), 11 ( 13.25%, 0 (0%) and 20 (24.1%) were detected in number. At the species level; In E. faecalis strains, the highest gelE gene was detected with 54.84% and the lowest VanA gene was detected with 3.23%. At the species level; In faecalis strains, the highest gelE gene was detected with 54.84% and the lowest VanA gene was detected with 3.23%; the highest esp gene was detected in E. faecium strains with 32.69% and the least agg gene was detected with 3.85%. As a result, the detection of significant virulence genes in most of the isolates susceptible to vancomycin was remarkable in terms of taking necessary precautions.en_US
