dc.description.abstractPsoriatik Artrit Seronegatif spondilartropatiler grubunda yer almaktadır. Natural Killer hücrelerin hastalık patogenezindeki yeri anlaşıldıktan sonra reseptör düzeyinde yapılan incelemeler sonrasında natural killer hücre yüzeyinde yer alan KIR reseptörleri saptanmıştır. Bizde Romatoloji polikliniğimizde takipli olan 20 hasta ve 20 kontrol grubunda KIR polimorfizmlerini değerlendiren çalışma yaptık

KIR receptors after the investigations were found in the Natural killer cell surface.İn Rheumatology clinic evaluating we investigate KIR polymorphism of 20 psoriatic arthritis patients and the control group.en_US
