Bu çalışmanın amacı, Fabaceae familyasına ait yedi farklı türünün (Astragalus sigmoideus, Genista albida, Astragalus syringus, Ononis hirta, Astragalus lydius, Astragalus wiedemannianus ve Anthyllis tetraphylla) antimikrobiyal aktivitesini test etmektir. Bitki örneklerinden ekstraktlar, etanol (%60) ve su (%40) çözücü karışımıyla çıkarılmıştır. Bu özütler, 15 farklı mikroorganizmaya (Bacillus subtilis DSMZ 1971, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212, Enterococcus faecium, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa DSMZ 50071, Pseudomonas fluorescens P1, Salmonella enteritidis ATCC 13075, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella kentucky, Salmonella typhimurium SL 1344, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Staphylococcus epidermidis DSMZ 20044 ve Candida albicans DSMZ 1386) karşı test edilmiştir. Çalışmada, disk difüzyon (DD) ve minimum inhibisyon konsantrasyonu (MİK) testleri kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar; farklı bitki ekstraktlarının farklı değerlerde E. faecalis, K. pneumoniae, P. fluorescens, S. aureus ve S. typhimurium gibi mikroorganizmalara karşı aktivite göstermiştir. DD testinde aktivite gözlenen bütün ekstraktların tüm mikroorganizmalara karşı MİK değerleri 10 μg/mL olarak bulunmuşken, sadece A. sigmoideus ekstraktının P. fluorescens üzerine etkisi 5,0 μg/mL olarak gözlenmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Fabaceae, antimikrobiyal aktivite, mikroorganizmalar, bakteri, maya. 2018, 116 Sayfa Bilim Kodu: 203
The aim of this study was to investigate the antimicrobial activities of seven different species belonging to Fabaceae family (Astragalus sigmoideus, Genista albida, Astragalus syringus, Ononis hirta, Astragalus lydius, Astragalus wiedemannianus and Anthyllis tetraphylla). The extracts of plant samples were prepared by a solvent of ethanol (60%) and water (40%). These extracts have been tested against 15 different microorganisms (Bacillus subtilis DSMZ 1971, Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048, Enterococcus faecalis ATCC 29212, Enterococcus faecium, Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa DSMZ 50071, Pseudomonas fluorescens P1, Salmonella enteritidis ATCC 13075, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella kentucky, Salmonella typhimurium SL 1344, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Staphylococcus epidermidis DSMZ 20044 and Candida albicans DSMZ 1386) In this study, disk diffusion (DD) and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) methods were used. Results showed that different plant extracts were active against microorganisms such as E. faecalis, K. pneumoniae, P. fluorescens, S. aureus ve S. typhimurium with a different range of inhibition zones. The MIC values for all microorganisms in which antimicrobial activity is observed in DD were observed to be the same, which was 10 μg/mL, except P. fluorescens which was 5,0 μg/mL by A. sigmoideus extract.Key Words: Fabaceae, antimicrobial activity, microorganisms, bacteria, yeast. 2018, 116 Pages Science Code: 203 en_US
