| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Thuja orientalis L. ve Thuja occidentalis L. bitkilerinden su distilasyonu ile uçucu yağlar elde edilmiştir. Bu uçucu yağların patojen mantar ve bakteriler üzerindeki antimikrobiyal etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bitkilerden elde edilen uçucu yağlar patojen Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus durans, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus faecalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria innocula, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella kentucky, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella enteritidis, Serratia marcescens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas fluorescens ve Candida albicans üzerinde test edilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, essential oils were obtained by water vapor distillation method from Thuja orientalis L. and Thuja occidentalis L. plants. The antimicrobial effects of these essential oils on pathogenic fungi and bacteria were investigated. Essential oils obtained from plants were tested on pathogen Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus durans, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus faecalis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Listeria monocytogenes, Listeria innocula, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Salmonella typhimurium, Salmonella kentucky, Salmonella infantis, Salmonella enteritidis, Serratia marcescens, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Pseudomonas fluorescens and Candida albicans. | en_US |
