13-14 yaş futbolcuların antropometrik ve somatotip yapılarının branşla ilişkisinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı 13-14 yaş futbolcuların antropometrik ve somatotip özelliklerinin, belirlenip futbol branşıyla ilişkilendirilerek somut verilere ulaşılmasıdır. Başakşehir, Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe ve Galatasaray Futbol Kulüpleri'nin 13-14 yaş grubu takımlarıyla çalışılıp takımlar arası farklılıklar incelenerek, elit yıldız Türk futbolculara ait normatif veriler elde edilmesi hedeflenmiştir.Araştırma için yapılan ölçme çalışmalarına her takımdan 22 toplamda 88 futbolcu katılmıştır. Sporcuların ağırlık ortalaması 49,14±7,82 kg boy ortalaması 162,14±8,48 cm olarak belirlenmiştir. Sporcuların somatotiplerinin belirlenmesi için `International Biological Programme (IBP)` ve `International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK)`nin öngördüğü teknikler doğrultusunda antropometrik ölçümler yapılmıştır. Somatotip özelliklerinin belirlenmesinde Heath-Carter yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ölçümlerin istatistiki analizi spss 24.0 programında %95 güven aralığında (p<0,05) hesaplanmıştır. Takımlar arasındaki farklılıkları belirlemede ANOVA testi, bulunan farklılıkların güvenilirliği için ikinci seviye testi olarak Tukey's HSD testi uygulanmıştır. Yapılan ANOVA testi sonuçlarına göre endomorfi, mezomorfi ve ektomorfi değişkenlerinde p<0,05 anlamlılık düzeyinde gruplar arası farklılık olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Ölçümlere ve tanımlayıcı istatistik sonuçlara bakıldığında çalışmaya katılan tüm futbolcuların ortalama somatotipinin mezomorfi-ektomorfi (2,418±0,701-3,992±0,735-3,926±0,859) olduğu görülmüştür. Mevkilere göre değerlendirildiğinde de kaleci (2,569±0,672-3,961±0,592-4,076±1,109), defans (2,478±0,707-3,965±0,672-3,866±0,673), orta saha (2,409±0,747-4,174±0,788-3,726±0,935) ve forvet (2,214±0,633-3,737±0,816-4,318±0,827)) oyuncuların ortalama somatotipinin mezomorfi-ektomorfi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The purpose of the study is to determine somatotype and anthropometric characteristics of the football players of 13-14-age and to access the tangible data associated with football branch.It is aimed at achieving normative data indicidental to the elite star Turk football players while studying with teams of Başakşehir, Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray Football Clubs and observing differences between the teams.22 football players from each team in total 88 footballers attended to assesment study for survey. It is identified 49,14±7,82 kg as mean of weight of players and 162,14±8,48 cm as height avarage of players.To identify somatotypes of the players, it is done anthropometric measurements as the techniques recommended by 'International Biological Progmamme(IBP)' and 'International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry (ISAK)'.Health-Carter method is used when somatotype characteristics is identified.Statical analysis of the measurements is calculated at 95% of confidence interval(p<0,05) in spss 24.0. ANOVA test is applied for identifying differences between the teams and Tukey's HSD test as a second level test is applied for reliability of found differences.According to the result of ANOVA test, it is observed that there is difference between the groups in endomorphy, mezomorphy and ectomorphy variables in significance level p<0,05.When the result of measurements and descriptive statistics are examined,it is seen that the somatotypes of whole attended football players are mezomorphy-ectomorphy(2,418±0,701-3,992±0,735-3,926±0,859). When it is evaluated according to the position, it is decided that the mean of somatotypes of the football players, goalkeeper (2,569±0,672-3,961±0,592-4,076±1,109), defence (2,478±0,707-3,965±0,672-3,866±0,673), midfielder (2,409±0,747-4,174±0,788-3,726±0,935) and forward (2,214±0,633-3,737±0,816-4,318±0,827) is mezomorphy-ectomorphy.
