Siyâset-hukuk bağlamında dört büyük mezhep imamının siyâsî otoriteyle ilişkisi

Abstract

İki bölümden oluşan çalışmamızda, birinci bölümü dört büyük mezhep imâmının yaşadıkları dönem aralığı olmak üzere, Emevîler ve Abbâsîler dönemi oluşturmaktadır. Bu bölümde dört büyük imâmın yetiştiği ortamın siyâsal, kültürel ve sosyal yapısı ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise, araştırmamızın omurgasını oluşturan mezhep imâmlarının siyâsî otoriteyle ilişkisi anlatılmaktadır. Yaşadıkları dönemde birçok siyâsî olaya şahit olan mezhep imâmlarının olaylar karşısında nasıl bir tavır sergiledikleri, halîfelerle ilişkileri ve genel anlamda siyâsî duruşları ele alınmıştır.

Our study consists of two parts, the first part will examine the period in which the four great sect imâms live. This period is the Umayyad and Abbasid period. This part deals with the environment, political, cultural and social structure of the four great imâms.The second part describes the relationship between the political authority and the sect imâms which constitutes the backbone of our research. The attitudes of the imâms of the sects who witnessed many political events in the period they lived, how they behaved in the face of events, their relations with the caliph and their political stances in general terms.
