Abstract

Otoyol çevre düzenleme çalışmalarında ana amaç, stabilizasyon, rehabilitasyon, emniyet ve estetiktir. Ülkemiz otoyol çevre çalışmaları, günümüze kadar yol yapım çalışmalarıyla doğada meydana gelen yaraların onarımı şeklinde algılanmış ve yapılan çalışmalarda buna göre yönlendirildiğinden, sonuçta estetikten yoksun ekonomik olmayan çalışmalar elde edilmiştir. Bu araştırma bize; ülkemiz otoyollarının, yüksek standartlı otoyol niteliğine kavuşabilmesi için çevre düzenleme çalışmalarının, güzergah seçimiyle gündeme girmesi ve bakıma kadar devam eden zincirin halkaları şeklinde düşünülmesi, fonksiyonel, estetik ve ekonomik çalışmalar olması için bu konuya gereken önemin verilmesi gerçeğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Prof. Dr. Ümit ERDEM In the construction of modern fast roads of which have recently gained importance in our country, the solution of road-environment interaction is very significant as well as the engineering services. In the motorway environmental arrangement works, the main objectives are stabilization, rehabilitation, security and aesthetics. Motorway environmental works in our country, where hitherto regarded as highway construction and the remedy of damage accurring, there on and since the works done were oriented under this premise, uneconomical works locking aesthetic value were eventually achieved. This research has revealed the reality of the need to attribute due attention to the environmental arrangement works. Such works are to be perceived as to enter into the agende as the selection of the route, and the loop of chain continuing up to the maintenance period. They are considered to be functional, aesthetic and economical works in order that the motorways in our country gain a high standard of motorway quality.
