Üretim yönetimi için stok ve stoksuzluk yönetim tercihinin belirlenmesi

Abstract

V ÖZET Stok Kontrolü, stok seviyelerinin, satın alma, dağıtım ve üretim aşamalarında ki hareketlerinin planlanması ve yönetilmesi ile ilgilidir. Tüm bu işlemler; geniş bir görüş açısı, detaylanmış raporlama fonksiyonları, miktarlar, fiyatlar, malzeme hareketleri ve geçmiş dönem satışları hakkında son bilgilere ulaşmamızı sağlar. Yani stok yönetimi; yapmış olduğumuz işin boyutu ne olursa olsun efektif sonuçlara ulaşmamızda yardımcı olan işlemler bütünüdür. Yapılmış olan bu çalışmada genel hatları ile üretim yönetimi ve bunun alt sistemlerinden biri olan stok yönetimi ve kontrolünün geçmişten günümüze kadar olan gelişimi anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmamızın uygulamaya kadar olan bölümlerinde konu teorik olarak, yurt içi ve yurt dışında yayınlanmış süreli ve süresiz yayılar ile internet kaynaklarından yararlanılarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ak Gıda A. Ş.' deki inceleme çalışmalarında ise; stok kontrolü ve yönetimi üzerinde çalışılmış ve diğer sistemlerle benzer ve farklı yönleri açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Maliyetleri minimize etmek ve üretimi maksimum seviyede gerçekleştirmek stok kontrol uygulamalarıyla yapılabilir. Stok kontrolü firmalara her türlü gereksiz malzeme hareketlerini önleyerek stok seviyelerini yeterli düzeyde tutabilmek için net bilgiler sağlamaktadır. Bu konu hakkında bu güne kadar olan tüm gelişmeler bilgisayar teknolojisinin gelişimi ile paralellik göstermektedir. Sınır tanımayan bir gelişme içinde olan bu teknolojinin neticesinde, stok yönetiminin önemi daha iyi anlaşılacak ve üretim sistemleri içerisinde bugünkünden daha fazla değer kazanacaktır.
