Muhasebe eğitiminde karşılaşılan güçlükler ve muhasebecilik mesleğinin sorunları

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışma muhasebe eğitimi ve muhasebe eğitiminde karşılaşılan güçlükler ile muhasebecilik mesleğinin sorunlarım ortaya koymaya çalışmıştır. Amacımız bu problemleri ortaya koymak ve çözüm yollan üretmektir. Bu amaçla çalışmanın içeriğinde muhasebe ve muhasebe eğitiminin Türkiye'de ve Dünyada gelişimi, muhasebe eğitiminin yapısı, muhasebe eğitiminde ortaya çıkan yeni gelişmeler, muhasebe eğitiminde karşılaşılan güçlükler, muhasebecilik mesleğinin yapısı ve meslek mensuplarının sorunları ile birlikte bir de anket çalışması yer almaktadır. Muhasebecilik mesleği belli bir mesleki eğitimi gerektirir. Orta öğretimde verilen muhasebe eğitimi mesleki eğitim kapsamında iken yükseköğretimde verilen muhasebe eğimi tamamen teorik eğitimdir ve uygulamadan uzaktır. Bu yüzden üniversitelerde öğretmenlik, doktorluk ve mühendislik bölümlerinde olduğu gibi sadece muhasebe meslek mensubu yetiştirecek ve uygulamalı eğitime ağırlık verecek bir bölümün açılması gerekmektedir. Ortaöğretimde yaşanan güçlükleri tespit etmek ve çözüm yolları geliştirmek üzere Ticaret Meslek Liseleri ve Çok Programlı Liselerde görev yapan muhasebe grubu öğretmenlerine yönelik bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Çalışmada ayrıca muhasebe meslek mensuplarının sorunlarına yer verilmiştir. IX

SUMMARY Difficulties encountered in the Accounting Education and Problems Related to the Accounting Career. Keywords: Accounting Education, Accounting Career With this study we have tried to explain the training of accounting and the difficulties encountered in the training of accounting and the problems of the acconting profession. Our intent is to highlight these problems and look for solutions. With this intent, this study covers the development of accounting and training in accounting in Turkey and in the world, the structure of accounting training, new developments in accounting training, difficulties encountered in accounting training, the structure of the profession of accounting and the problems of those who have this profession and a questionnaire study. The profession of accounting requires a certain professional education. While the accounting training given in secondary schools is within the scope of vocational training, the accounting taught in higher education institutes is entirely theoretical and is remote from application. Therefore, universities should have departments where only people who major in accounting will be taught with emphasis on application just like universities have departments to educate teachers, doctors and engineers. We have conducted a questionnaire study on teachers of accounting at the Vocational High School for Commerce and High Schools with Multi-Programs in order to determine the difficulties in secondary education and to develop solutions for these problems. We have also mentioned the problems of those who have accounting as a profession in the study. X
