Yönetim bilişim sistemlerinin gıda sektöründeki kullanımı (Ak gıda çalışması)

Abstract

ÖZET Bu çalışmada; Stratejik Yönetim, Değişen Çevre Şartlarına Uyum Sağlama ve Bilişim üçgeninin Yönetim Bilişimi çatısı altında nasıl toplanabileceği ve bu birlikteliğin işletmeye kazandıracağı güç, avantaj ve diğer stratejik üstünlükler ele alınacaktır. Ayrıca Stratejik Yönetimin, işletmenin değişen çevre koşullarına göre istikamet değiştirmesini sağlayan bir disiplin olarak gelişmekte olduğu, ancak yalnız başına bu değişimin yeterli olmayıp, güçlü bir bilgi işlem alt yapısıyla desteklenmesi gerektiği de savunulacaktır. Stratejik Yönetimin başarısının, yöneticilerin çevreyi izleme alışkanlıkları ile, işletme çalışanlarının yaratıcılıkları ve bağımsız davranma yeteneklerinin artırılması ile doğru orantılı olduğu gerekçesiyle, işletme bilgi sisteminin bu doğrultuda değişim geçirmesi gerektiği savunulmakta, bu doğrultuda bir `Üretim Hattı Performans Değerlendirme Sistemi` ortaya konmaktadır. Tez içerisinde öncelikle gıda sanayiinde oluşturulan bir sistem gösterilmiştir. Ancak bu sistemin pek çok işletme ve sanayi tipi için uygulanması mümkündür. VI

SUMMARY Management Information Systems In Food Industry (Ak Gıda Project) Keywords: Performance, Information, Statistics, Management In this study, it will be considered how strategical management, adaptation to varying surrounding conditions and informatics triangle can be gathered under the Management Informatics framework and the benefits and advantages of this gathering to the enterprise along with other strategical precedences; moreover, it will be stated that strategical management is developing as a discipline providing the enterprise to change direction according to the varying surrounding conditions, yet this change is not enough alone and should be supported by a strong data processing infrastructure. It is stated that the success of strategical management is directly proportional to the directors' observation practice and enhancing the creativity and autonomy capability of the enterprise staff, that the data system of the establishment should be changed accordingly. An evaluation of the production line performance system, in this respect, is presented in the thesis. In the thesis, a system designed for food industry is presented. However, this system can be applied for many companies and various industries. VII
