Liman işletmelerinde muhasebe düzeni ve bir uygulama

Abstract

II ÖZET Bu çalışmada, liman kavramı ve genel liman sorunları, liman işletmeciliği, Türkiye'de liman işletmeci kuruluşlar, limanda verilen hizmetler genel olarak açıklanmış, T.C.D.D. işletmesi tarafindan işletilen liman işletmelerinin muhasebe düzeni üzerinde durulmuştur. Türkiye'de özel sektörün liman işletme yetkisi almasıyla, liman işletmeciliği, hızla gelişen sektörlerden biri olmuştur. Türkiye'nin 7 büyük ve önemli limanı T.C.D.D. işletmesi tarafindan işletilmektedir. Üç yanı denizlerle çevrili olan ülkemizde ; denizcilik sektörü içinde en önemli alt yapı unsuru olan limanın ekonomik önemi gözardı edilemeyecek kadar büyüktür. Bir işletmenin iyi bir yönetime sahip olabilmesi için, işletmedeki değer hareketleri ile ilgili bilgj sahibi olması gerekir. İşletmenin mali durumunu ve faaliyet sonuçlarını gösteren bilgilerin zamanında ve doğru olarak sağlanması, muhasebenin temel amacıdır. Liman işletmelerinin gerek teknoloji, gerek idari açıdan iyüeştirilmesinin yanında, etkin bir muhasebe düzeninin sağlanmasına önem verilmelidir.

III SUMMARY In this study, the term of port and general port problems, port managing, the companies of port management in Turkey and the tasks which are given at a port have generally been explained, it has been studied on accounting regulation which are runned by T.C.D.D. ( Government railway of Turkish Republic) It has become one of the sectors growing fast by getting the right and permission of managing of private sector in Turkey. The seven important and big ports of Turkey have been run by T.C.D.D. In our country surrounded by the seas of three sides, the economical importance of the port which is the most important substructure element of shipping sector is extremely large which can't be ignoranced. In order to have a good management of a company it must have information about the value of movements, The basic aim of accounting is to be exactly provided the financial situation and the results of studies that shows the information correctly and on time. An importance must be given not only to the technological and managing development of port firms but also to get the active order of accountancy.
