Abstract
II ÖZET YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZİ BAZİ 1,2,4-TRIAZOL TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ VEKARAKTERIZASYONU Ayşe DEMIRDAĞ Fırat Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı 2001, Sayfa: 69 Bu çalışmada, uygun hidrazii bileşikleri (2-furoik hidrazil ve fenil asetik hidrazit)l,4-substitue liyosemikarbazitlere ve 5-substitue-4-amino-3-mercapto- 1,2,4- iriazollere dönüştürüldü. Daha sonra 1,4-substitue tiyosemikarbazitlerden4,5-substitue-3- mercapto-l,2,4-triazoller sentezlendi. Ayrıca 5-substitue-4-amino-3-mercapto- 1,2,4- triazoller ile bazı aromatik aldehitlerden Schiff bazları hazırlandı. Sentezlenen ürünlerin karakteri zasyonunda IR ve 1H-NMR teknikleri kullanıldı. Fırat University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciencies, Department of Chemistry 2001, Page: 69 In this study, appropriate hydrazide compounds (2-furoic hydrazide and phenyl acetic hydrazide) were converted to 1 :4-substitued thiosemicarbazides and 5-substitued-4- arnino-3-mercapto-l,2,4-triazoles. Then 4.5-substitue-3-mercapio-l,2,4-iriazoles were synthesized from 1,4-substitued thiosemicarbazides. In addition, Schiff bases were prepared from some arylaldehydes and 5-subsiitued-4-amino-3-mercapto- 1,2,4-triazoles. IR and *H-NMR techniques were used the characterizations of synthesized compounds. Key Word :4-Amino-3-Mercapto-l,2,4-Triazoles,N-BridgedHeterocycles.
