The techni que of `t` test has been made use of in order to find out whether there is dif ference in the level of 0.05 meaningfulness in their opinions in terms of the independent variables regarding with the personal particulars of the teac her. The findings of the research is as follows; 1. When the opinions of the teachers are considered in terms of group of problems, it is seen thet problems with inspectors and administrators pre vail among other problems. 3. The opinions of the teachers for the for different problem groups do not differ in terms of their branch. However, opinions about the problems related with `pupils` and inspectors` differ meaningfully in favour of the fe male teachers. The opinions of the teachers in terms of their seniority differs meaningfully in favour of the seniour teachers. 4. For question prepared to find out the teachers expectations for the solution of the problems teachers gave answers indicating their desire to work in their subjects.
