Abstract

2001 - 2003 YILLARI ARASINDA ANKARA'DA GERÇEKLEŞEN HAFİF ATEŞLİ SİLAH KAZALARININ İNCELENMESİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Mustafa ŞEN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Ağustos 2004 ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, hafif ateşli silah kazalarının azaltılması-önlenmesine yönelik araştırma yapmaktır. Bunun için hafif ateşli silahların çalışma sistemi tanıtılmış, meri mevzuat çerçevesinde ülkemizde kimlerin silah bulundurabileceği veya taşıyabileceği belirlenmiş, hafif ateşli silah kazalarının hangi ortamlarda, kimler tarafından ve hangi sebeplerle meydana gelebileceği Ankara ilinde son üç yılda meydana gelen kazalar örneğiyle incelenmiştir. Bu incelemelerden çıkardan sonuçlarla hafif ateşli silah kazalarının azaltılması- önlenmesine yönelik öneriler tespit edilmiştir. INVESTIGATION OF LIGHT FIREARM ACCIDENTS IN ANKARA BETWEEN 2001 AND 2003 (M.Sc Thesis) Mustafa ŞEN GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY August 2004 ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to investigate to decrease / to prevent light firearm accidents. In order to do this, the mechanism of light firearms are introduced, the persons who could carry or have a firearm according to do current lows are mentioned, the environment that light firearms accidents take place, the persons committing and the reasons of these accidents are investigated with the sample of accidents which took place in Ankara in the last three years. With the results of this investigation, the suggestions to decrease / to prevent light firearm accidents are established.
