Abstract

`Hz. Peygamber'in Köle ve Cariyeleri` adlı bu çalışmada öncelikle Hz. Peygamber'e (s.a.v.) nispet edilen köle ve cariyelerin gerçekte onun köle ve cariyeleri olup olmadığı hususu nübüvvet öncesi ve sonrası şeklinde kronolojikolarak incelenmiş ve mevcut kaynaklarla da bu husus daha detaylı olarak açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.Çalışmamız; giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Girişte; araştırmanın konusu, amacı, önemi, metodu ve kaynakları ele alınmıştır.Birinci bölümde; `köle` ve `cariye` kavramları, bu kavramlarla ilgili diğer kavramlar incelenerek `cariye` kavramının anlam daralmasına veya genişlemesine uğrayıp uğramadığı tespit edilmeye çalışılmış; farklı toplumlarda (Yunan, Roma, Çin, Hint, Türkler), Yahudilikte kölelik ve Hıristiyanlıkta kölelik hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.İkinci Bölümde, Hz. Peygamber'in gönderildiği coğrafya ve toplumda, kölelik ve cariyelikle ilgili uygulamalarla beraber, Hz. Peygamber'in köle ve cariyelere karşı tutumu incelenerek esir edilen eşlerinden Hz. Cüveyriye ve Hz. Safiyye validelerimizin statülerine değinilmiştir.Üçüncü Bölümde ise ona nispet edilen köleler ve cariyeler, nübüvvet öncesi ve sonrası kronolojik sırayla incelenerek biyografileri verilmiş ayrıca hür kişilerden hizmetini gören kişilere de yer verilmiştir.Sonuç kısmında Hz. Peygamber'in esir ve cariye eşleri, hizmetinde bulunan köle ve cariyeler hakkında ulaşılan veriler ışığında bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Hz. Muhammed, Köle, Cariye, Nübüvvet, Hz. The subject of the study `The Slave Man andSlave Women of the Prophet` is whether the concept of `concubine` has changed or not. It was aimed to investigate chronologically before and after the prophethood whether the slaves and concubines whom the Prophet belonged in fact were his slaves and concubines, and to present them with the available resources. In the first part, concepts of `slave` and `concubine` and other concepts related to these concepts were examined and slavery was mentioned throughout history. In the second part, In the geography and society where the Prophet is sent, along with the practices related to slavery and concubinage, the relation of the Prophet to the concubines and slaves was studied. In the third part, the slaves and concubines that were assigned to him were analyzed by giving their biographical characteristics by taking pre- and post-prophethood. The statues of Cüveyriye and Safiyye are mentioned. As a result, concubinage and slavery were common in Arab society. It has been found that the Prophet had the slaves and the concubines in some way were in the process, and all of them were set free until his death. In addition, the other data about wives of the Prophet, the slaves in his service were transferred in the form of materials and an evaluation was made.Keywords: Hz.
